Baby Box

You ever have those moments where you're just certain you've got everything in control. You're on top of it all. Nothing could get past you...

Then you remember something major that is due... NOW?!?

That ever happen to any of you? ... I really don't want to be alone on this one, Peeps. lol.

Well, that happened to me today. I was feeling so good that I had everything under control again after having company all last week... and then... company... wasn't there something I was suppose to do... OH SHIZ!! My S-I-L is having a baby in December. Her baby shower is Nov. 4... Guess who made the announcement.. yep, Moi! How could I possibly forget?! AND I live across the country, so obviously I have to add shipping time, yada, yada, yada...

Anyway, I ran to Hobby Lobby (a.k.a. my heaven-on-earth) and gathered a few quick supplies to create this...

Yep, it's a Baby Box. And I love it!  It includes the basics like Birth-12 Month Weight and Length Cards, "First's" Cards, Cost of Living Cards, and Current Event Cards. It also has a little box for the hospital bracelets, a few bags for the "First's" that you can keep (ie: First haircut), a small photo book with 12 sleeves (yep once for each month) and some paper dedicated to the mother and father's thoughts about their new little addition. And it all fits into the stylish little box that can be added to in any way. (I put Monster's favorite little stuffed animal and a piece of his blanket in his, and Bruiser's has a favorite Thomas train and a piece of this blanket too.)

I have been working on and Etsy store, and these will DEFINITELY be on there. I had a blast making it! I had forgotten how much fun they are, and I can't wait to do another one.
